Best Sleep Music?

I love listening to music while going to sleep. It brings in a whole new perspective on a certain song/album. I'm in the process of making the ultimate mixed sleep CD and I need some thoughts on some good sleeping songs/albums. Here are a couple of CD's that I listen to often while going to sleep.

-Bjork - Vespertine
-Brian Eno - Ambient 1
-Radiohead - Amnesiac
-Radiohead - Kid A
-Sigur Ros - Agaetis Byrjun

That's all I've got so far, and they make me for a pretty wild sleeping experience. What others are good for sleeping to?

Tangerine Dream

Brazilian Jazz

Norah Jones

Strunz and Farah- Misterio

I'm sure I'll think of more, but that's what came right off the top of my head for now.

Re: Best Sleep Music?

Since I'm usually tired from working very hard all day, I actually recently fell asleep when I had Slayer on, quite loud too.

Thanks. I just checked out Biosphere, and I think it will make great sleeping music. I've been meaning to check out Aphex Twin for a while now, but never really got to it.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I once fell asleep to Fantomas's Delìrium Còrdia. That's something I'll make sure to never do again.

Am I in the minority?

I've got a load of books on tape & CD. I've never heard the end of any of them, or probably the end of any of the sides/discs.

LOTR at the moment, The Two Towers. Beats the film hands down.

Re: Best Sleep Music?

I don't listen to music when I go to bed, cos no matter how tired I am if there's music I just can't sleep. I'll listen to it.
