Contaminated Cannabis ?

Hey dudes

So yea , im sure atleast a few of you enjoy the odd herbal treat...

But have any of you came across this horrible "gritweed" , cannabis which is grown to half the budding size , and then sprayed with silica / sand / sugar / fibreglass / industrial etchant / sma babyfood / talc / other horrors to make it weigh the same as fully fledged buds.

Im from Ireland and this stuff has hit UK europe and ireland BAD. It is impossible to get proper bud , the alternative is horrible lowgrade resin "soapbar".

Pretty grym if you enjoy some smoking !

Checkitout and be on the guard , the first person has died from prolonged usage of this.

http://www.gritweed.co.uk/ youtube allso has many vids on it, horrible!

Dont judge, if you dont know... Coffee, Coke a cola, sugar, salt, fast food,, are all types of drugs, that if over indulged can create other issues.

You never drink beer or wine or a whiskey every now and then ? Its a drug also... Just because its legal only means that the government takes a cut.

Nicotine is as addictive as heroin, but because the government gets a cut its legal so its socially acceptable, yet it causes tax payers millions of dollars each year for related issues... Same with booze....

There has never been one dope related death ever, but booze and tobacco kills millions each year...

Re: Contaminated Cannabis ?

I haven't heard of it, but the only real solution I see is to change the law. I read recently that pot has been proven to lower the incidence of a number of cancers, so there is more actual information everyday and less government backed propaganda as well.

Over here, the Obama administration's Department of Justice just issued a 3 page memo to all Federal prosecutors stating that marijuana offenses should be curtailed as "a waste of time" in all 14 States where it has been legalized to a degree. If you want to smoke, you need to work to make it legal, in my opinion. The reason its easier for 14 year olds to get marijuana than booze is because booze is legal and regulated! I fail to see why some people don't understand that.

Re: Contaminated Cannabis ?

I don't believe the OP was trying to start up a "should it be legal" thread for cannibus, more so an informative thread for those that do use it over a current issue, grit weed. Those of you that feel compelled to chime in with your negative comments, DON'T, unless you have something helpful to add to his discussion. All due respect to everyones opinions on marijauna, pro or against, that just isn't the topic of this thread.

Re: Contaminated Cannabis ?

Well, until it is legal and regulated you will get what the 'criminal element' decides to sell, or what you grow for yourself in your yard. So in that regard, it is exactly because it is illegal that this 'grit weed' is even available in the first place. Regulation would remove that.
