So I just picked up the 5 Disk Special Edition version, and it's absolutely AMAZING. I've always been a bit of a Floyd fan, not diehard but much more casual. This entire set has convinced me otherwise. I just can't put it down!
I'm going through the concert's film for the second time (bought it a couple of hours ago), it's that good.
My ONLY gripe is that the film doesn't have all of the songs that I'd have liked (ex. Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Breathe) but it's just outright awesome otherwise.
Wow. That's all I can say, wow.
And btw, yeah it's expensive, but that's why I have my Best Buy employee discount
EDIT: Also picked it up with a set of Bose in ears, and it's just that much better.
