EVH suing Nike

Only a matter of time. EVH is suing nike for copyright infringement. Apparently they are putting out shoes that look a bit like EVH new shoes he is selling. Frankly, I am surprised Converse is not suing EVH as his shoes look a lot like All-stars to me.

No kidding... saw this earlier. I guess whatever pays the bills at this point, because selling 30k strats and playing guitar just isn't cutting it anymore.

It's a blatant ripoff. The Nike's have his stripes on the soles. If he has the patent/copyright protection he is completely within his rights to file a claim against them.

I agree. But I also think EvH's shoes are blatant ripoffs of converse.

EVH's lawyers drum up this ****, and normally the targets don't have the pockets that Nike has. I hope Nike bust his ass with tort!

Eddie must use the same firm as Monster Cable.
