I used to watch Hollyoaks 11 years ago when I was at Uni.
Not sure if it was advertised or what but somehow I managed to catch it from the very beginning with Ruth and Kurt, Lucy and Rob Howthorne, Jumbo, Tony and Carol.... ahh good times.

I stopped watching that around '99 and I don't remember the last time I made it home before 7pm so not seen an episode for over a year now.
Hollyoaks was a great show when it was produced weekly but not sure what the show it is now with daily showings.

I know one thing though, without a doubt they have the best looking cast of any UK produced TV programme.

Re: Hollyoaks

Ah yes.......the Hollyoaks Girls. Yes please.

I'm not too keen on the opening sequence myself, I much prefer the old one. But it did need some updating, so it does it's job I suppose. But I prefer the "tune" of the older one.

I have watched it regularly for the last few years or so now. Like dex I started watching when it first came out. But I only used to watch it on and off occasionally. Good show. Maybe its because its aimed at my age group, but I much prefer it to any other UK soap.
