Need help with Image and Wallpaper

This is the Strat I will gettting in the near future. It is a American Deluxe Strat Quilted Maple in Amber. I dig this guitar.

What I need you image experts to do is blow it up and make a good wallpaper for me. I run my Desktop at 1400x1050 on a 20 LCD screen. It is a damn pretty geetar ain't it.

Oh and dark or black background would be great too.

Well, you need to start with a good quality picture of that guitar, you can't start with something that small and expect it to look good blown up, I put it in photoshop and doubled it and it looked like crap, and for the resolution you want it would have to be at least 3x the original size.

Even after touching it up with filters, that image remained distorted when I blew it up. Funny thing is I can't find a single high res pic of the Amber finish, only the Tobacco Sunburst finish is available -

Btw, you sure your screen res is 1440x1050 and not 1680x1050?

I asked because when the screen width is 1440, height is normally 900 not 1050.

Ah, 1400 not 1440... but you're right, that's a standard 4:3 display... I thought nobody used them anymore

It's whatever the default is for my monitor.

Yeah, I ran filters too and it made it look even worse, and I was wondering about that resolution as well.
