Any day the Flyers lose is a good day. The Panthers beating them makes it that much better.

I have to admit that I do really like Spaceman Bryz, but the rest of the Flyers.....not so much lol I only caught the shootout last night, as I was watching my Devs take their 3rd straight, but it was great to see

So you can understand why I have to enjoy this now right? When we are sitting out after the second round of the playoffs I need something to remember

Nice home and home series by the Devils. Very convenient that Letang wasn't playing.

I am still blown away that Marty is STILL in the league, and it's not even questioned as to weather or not he should leave. I have old NHL Pro Set hockey cards from the 90's with Marty on them. At this rate the guy is going to be playing in his 70's.

Nice ;o)

I've always thought hockey would be better with cheerleaders... Did you watch the recent World Junior tournament in Russia? They had a section in the stands for their cheerleaders...I think we need to follow their lead on this ;o)

Those are wild stats on Brodeur - I hope he retires a Devil and they raise his Jersey right after...they should probably name a street after him or something in Jersey

Marty not being a Devil is like ice not being cold.

Re: NHL '13 BS Thread

Yeah, Marty is going right upstairs to the GM's office as an assistant when he hangs up the pads. He knows what the Devils look for, how they play, what it takes to be succesful in New Jersey as well as nearly anyone, so he may get the GM or President job for 20 years after his playing career.

I won't be able to go to the Marty number raising, but I already have $400 put away for the night they raise Patrik Elias' jersey to the ceiling There's no way in Hell (pun intended) I would miss that
