In no particular order;

Caravan - Duke Ellington. Such a spooky kind of melody.
I Wear Your Ring - Cocteau Twins. Swimming pools of reverb plus Elizabeth Fraser's layered vocals with unintelligible lyrics (which means you have to imagine what she's saying). Whooph!
Breathe / Breathe reprise - Pink Floyd. The slide guitar, the deeply melancholy feel, the sudden urge to do everything today instead of tomorrow, and then in the reprise; "far away, across the fields, the tolling of the iron bell, calls the faithful to their knees, to hear the softly spoken magic spells..." Take that religion! Never mind shivers, this one chills the soul.
