It's funny looking back, but I was on a drip for 3 days in hospital, I thought I was going to die!

At least it allowed me to play Xbox non-stop for 3 months without feeling guilty (I couldn't even sit comfortably with a guitar) I was on a diet of "Smash" instant mash potato too. And guess what my first 'normal' meal was? A rogan josh from the local Indian....

I've heard those bastards re-label the dates on sandwiches that don't sell, which is what could've happened to me. At the time I didn't have a clue about prawns, now I can't even look at them without thinking puke/Xbox/Smash *urgh* The good thing is it helped the ol' immune system and it's made me ultra cautious when cooking.

Mylo, get some Smash instant-mash and a box of Imodium... and some Xbox games

Another thing, all the nurses in the hospital kept calling me Elvis (partially because of my boyish good looks

) and because when I went to the toilet I carried the drip like a microphone stand instead of wheeling it (it had a squeaky wheel, typical eh?) The reason being, some poor guy in the bed next to me had broken almost every bone in his body and had to be supremely drugged up to sleep and I didn't want to wake the poor guy. It led to the saying "Elvis has left the bathroom"
