i thought they dealt with the whole hammond thing absolutely spot on! there were loads of us in my univeristy hall's TV room all laughing so much until they showed the crash footage, at which point there was a stunned silence!

Re: top gear today
Bollocks, I missed it!
D'ya know if there is a re-run on sometime?
I don't watch top-gear often, because I'm always at work when it's on.
Gaaah.

Re: top gear today
My favourite tv show by far, absolutely love it
Just pleased that Hamster has recovered, just a shame that the car's owner is now trying to blame him for the crash!
Btw, that was a blinding lap by Jamie Oliver!

Top Gear would be even better without Clarkson....he's funny but he winds me up something chronic.

er HELLO !!!
top gear IS Clarkson !!!
without his highly opinionated rhetoric, top gear would be a shadow of itself !
who knows, without him, Quentin wilson may return - the man with the charisma of a smoked salmon

Re: top gear today
I wish you could get a consistent showing of that 'programme' here in the states.
It was on Discovery for a few weeks, but then like the Stig in a speed trap test, it was gone.
Great shows though.
One of my fave episodes was the Toyota pickup abuse, then how to destroy a 911.
Ariel Atom anyone?
