how is it "hardly guitar related" when it's the vine on a damn Jem?.... that's pretty directly related to me and this guy obviously loves his Jem's so much that he's willing to tat it onto himself. I thought it was a very interesting post and he's well within his rights to post it in here.

Personally, on the getting the tat front, I'd have a ring around the bicep on my arm with the vine design..... though in reality, I'll never be tattooed, it just aint my thing although I do believe some tats look really cool and the vine tat would definately be something you could still love when you're 90 as opposed to some of the crap I've seen people cover themselves with.

I have lots of tats, so heed my advice. Wait two years before you get it, because chances are you will reconsider that design. I Via vine running down your spine is NOT something I would want on me forever, it sounds more like a passing crave rather than "Steve Vais vine says exactly who I am and I am incomplete without it."

Musikron: I'm not the creator of this thread and agree with you on the spinepart but think it works really well on the arm/shoulder even without knowing the link to its origin. Besides.. The tattooshop were all out of skulls and dragons today!
