There's an Irish butcher shop in the Bronx that makes it all fresh, and the guy makes a sweet fortune. Far better quality than Galtee stuff, and on par with a typical Irish butcher over there. There's usually a line out the door, but it's worth the trip!

Anyhoo, recipe for faggots, mmmmm
Ingredients: Serves 4
1 pigs liver - diced
1 pigs heart - diced
6 rashers streaky bacon - cut into strips
250g pork belly - diced
2 medium sized onions - peeled and sliced
1 egg
100g breadcrumbs
2 tsp of finely chopped fresh sage
Salt and pepper to taste
A large knob of butter

Well I'm not sure if a faggot is different than a fat, lol but, "fags" at least = cigarette butts.
