I used to be able to play FIABD some 15 years ago, quite fluently too, then having stopped playing for 12 years and picking the guitar up again 3 years ago i find my fingers just dont want to play ball.

But yeah!, was the sole influencing album for me back in the day..!!

No one song as such but a combination of my Dad, who is a guitarist, showing me Hendrix Live at Monterey, that, and any track from AC/DC's 'If You Want Blood You Got It' (Live) album. That was the beginning of the end for for me in everything I had endeavoured to be up to that point.

My parents made me play the guitar when I was about 6, I hated it, so I quit... Then when I was 11 my parents made me play again, but I was pretty reluctant to play. Then, 2 years ago, when I was 15 I heard Satch Boogie and For the Love of God. I was just like "HOLY **** YOU CAN DO THAT WITH A GUITAR?!?!?!?!?" Then I fell in love with guitar...

My biggest influence at the time I picked up the guitar was Flying In A Blue Dream by Joe Satriani. The Forgotten pt II was - and still is - my favorite on that album.
That being said, I played a lot of air guitar to Detroit Rock City in my childhood

I am a huge Judas Priest fan and have owned everything they've done since I was 13. Picking one song from them would be impossible. Tipton and Downing were very inspiring to me. Fever from Screaming for Vengeance may be my favorite though. It may not be the most amazing guitar work of the 80's but the song always rocks me, everytime.

Well I didnt start playing guitar until about 10 years ago when I was 30. Back in 1983 I bought Motley Crue's Shout at the Devil having never even heard it b4. I was hooked. I started playing bass that year and played it until I switched to electric guitar.
