About LA Custom guitars

Hello to all
Probably this a old issue arround here but i'm new arround so i would like to know if the Ibanez LA Custom Shop does accept custom orders from non-artist people. If so, is there any way to contact them? Does Mr. Mace Bailey still work at the custom shop? He did some very nice guitars a few years ago!
I saw here that Dave's guitars were made there. And they are pretty unique and beautifull. By the way, GOOD LUCK for your debut cd Dave
Thank you!

Mace Bailey left the Ibanez Custom Shop back in early '90s, when the Shop moved to LA, i guess, then he worked for a while for Carruther's Guitars in Santa Monica, CA.

it's been heard that he's now working on airplanes...
