Hey dave, i saw you last night in sayreville with Vai. You guys are in a different league man! Unbelievable! I'm pretty poor, but i'm slowly buying STSA off of Itunes! What a great album. It's also really cool you answer questions of your fans, that's amazing. Here's mine.

Last night, as I play guitar and record myself, I was checking out everyone's rig's onstage. I noticed you brought your Mac and an MBox onstage. What were you using that for?

Hey..

I use the Powerbook / Protools for the intro to my solo. I'm using Native Instrument's Guitar Rig as a plug-in inside Protools because I've found it's more stable that way than as a standalone. I'm actually not recording or playing back anything from PT.

It sounds awesome *IF* you're lucky enough to hear it in the audience.

Yeah I'm still bummed that I couldn't hear it at the Boston show.
