Something cool about Dave Weiner:

He's the sideman that's been in Steve's bands the longest amount of time. Six years and counting. Pretty cool, eh? I think Mike Keneally would be second (1996 to 2000)

Another cool thing is his guitar playing. He has great taste in 7-string guitars too.

I must point out I said VAI's bands. Not including the DLR years. My error in not being more specific. But Billy wasn't Vai's sideman then.

It's cool that he has "daveweiner.com" printed on his picks. Otherwise I wouldn't have found this site so quickly after attending the Vai show in Lisbon.

On the other hand, it's not so cool almost hitting fans in the eyes with the same picks...humm...but ok, "always look at the bright side of life"

Well, all I know is his blue strat style UV custom with a hardtail is the ultimate 7-string.
