Heh... I actually left here on Sunday, but that part of the vacation was planned. I normally only take a few days off each year (workaholic!) and although the later part of my extended trip wasn't planned it was nice taking a couple extra days off.

ike560: as i recall, it was solid mahog (natural finish) with rear routing and string-thru holes...

Gilbralter Plus bridge is not string thru, and the maple top is 16mm thick.

dunno, never played the super distortion. v8s are alright, but i prefer the fred (or evo, heh). sidetrack: i played an evo2bridge equipped jem at the dimarzio booth. not as hot, but it felt really nicely balanced for when you're playing clean or just hovering around breaking up. a little easier to manage position 4-5 transitions at lower gain.

Uh, I'll jump off a cliff before that happens! 6 days a week at 10 hours a day is way too much already. You actually work that much and manage to have a life at the same time?
