Battery compartment Safety Alert

Not sure if this belongs here, but ibanez.com states that badly designed battery compartments in some current basses may cause damage and possible fire.

Re: Battery compartment Safety Alert

"It is possible to install the 9-volt battery backwards which could result in overheating and a possible fire, as well as damage to your bass"

Wow, that'd suck if you were playing it and the compartment was over your crotch area...

Of course if you are stupid enough to install a 9 volt backwards, perhaps it's best if your reproductive organs get damaged....

(I apologize if this is outside the good taste standards set by Jemsite)
