If Matt did a stud mod to the
Ibanez guitars
he sells as a licensed Ibanez Dealer, it would void the manufacturers warranty.
It would be similar to Joe's Chevrolet installing aftermarket headers, cams carbs and turbos on Corvettes and expecting GM to honor their warranty.

PS we have 83 in, 27 to go. If you're thinkin', start doin'!
Not a problem for ME, I was just going with the flow
I would LOVE a vbk! AND the tone port thing rocks as well!
of course a whole box of strings would be great too cause I need them!

I'm glad that i picked out runner-up prizes that at least one person is psyched for. I wanted to make them worthwhile, and worth more than the $25 y'all are paying to get in.
We have 17 spots to go - 16 if you count the money order that's on its way. Sorry for my math error yesterday. I was a little addled.
I had a newb ask me if he could join up - Oct 2007 join date. I had to turn him down. Sorry guys. Rules is rules.
We'll get there soon. by Halloween is my guess.

Make that 16 spots left or 15 if you count the money order... I just sent over the entry fee.

I like the runner up prizes too. You made fine choices
What do you mean "IF" you count the money order?

Hopefully it'll be in today's mail, which hasn't gotten here yet.
And I've received a couple of entries today - we're down to 15 spots counting SD69's.

It should be there today kenny since it was sent via priority. I'll check up when I get back to town in the morning and will hopefully see the nice "Win A Jem" tag under my name

That's cool. A black jem for Halloween.
Seems kind of appropriate.

It needs skeleton and pumpkin inlays instead of a vine
That would be a very nice and very early Xmas gift too

The only stud mods I know of are by Rich and he's not supplying the Jem for this contest.
If you want the stud mod, I believe he still sells the parts as a custom kit.

Does it really matter if it doesnt come with a
locking stud
as if you win it you can just do it yourself afterall you would have only paid 25 dollars for a 2800 dollar guitar
I cant wait for the final draw as there are runner up prizes too
OH YEAH
