Just wondering what the "slave out" on my amp is for? I realize I can send this output to another amp, but just wondering why I would want to do this? Does this give you more power or a different sound?
Thx
Kev
Unless I'm mistaken, the "Slave Out" is an output signal post pre-amp and pre power-amp. So, theoretically, you can run the "Slave Out" into another power amp and run more speakers, or run it into the effects return of another head. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
you wanna do it to run more speakers, more cabs = lower ohmage and eventually it gets too low and can blow your output trannie, you can usually run 4-16-ohm-4x12s into one head though since its only a 4 ohm load.
