Different tone and level settings can be easily achieved with separate amplifiers (or a single amplifier with separate channel inputs with their own volume and tone settings). All Double edge models allow the user to connect to a single output. Set the "Output Mode Switch" to the "DOWN" position. Next connect "Output A" to the amplifier input. You can switch between magnetic and piezo sounds by using the "Toggle Switch". "All Double edge models allow the user to connect to two outputs." Set the "Output Mode Switch" to the "UP" position. Connect "Output A" to one amplifier for the magnetic pickup sound; connect "Output B" to the input of another amplifier for the piezo sound. When the "Output Mode Switch" is in the "UP" position, you can set up separate sound systems for the magnetic and piezo signals (example: the piezo signal can be directly connected to the PA system through "Output B", while "Output A", the magnetic pickup, can be sent to a standard guitar amplifier |
