The best part about that square (fender style) neck pocket... You don't need an ibanez replacement neck! You could always keep the neck (for resale purposes) and just get a custom one built to your liking. One with all the bells and whistles would run you about $350. I'm still waiting on my custom neck for my Radius... I ordered it at the end of November <img src="http://www.jemsite.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Sad" class="inlineimg" /> . I ordered from "bestguitarparts.com" It'll be my second neck from them. They make great stuff... But the frets need finishing when you get the neck (Leveling, crowning, polishing). Warmoth does a bit more finishing than BGP does but something about BGP necks man... they kick ass.
