The side bit on the treble side which extends slightly beyond where the knife edge is (which is about 7mm long) has snapped off. There seems to be a little insert around halfway down the bit in question which is still in place, so the piece that's come off isn't moving about much.

I could try taking the trem off and supergluing it back together, I suppose, but I'm slightly worried - though it doesn't look like this problem hinders the trem's operation in any way (there's no sideways movement in it as a result, and the knife edges are still tight on the posts) I'm not sure if it does and I haven't realised yet. Has anyone else experienced this problem? What should I do, if anything?
