Here on Jemsite, ANYONE buying/selling strictly for profit is a broker/reseller. It has nothing to do with being "authorized", having a storefront, a business, webstore, website, retail store, TAX-ID or other business credentials.

Dealers, Resellers, Brokers, Store workers and/or Affilates ARE NOT PERMITTED to post new or used guitar/gear in the Classifieds unless they are a SITE SPONSOR (or have made payment to become a temporary SITE SPONSOR) thus contributing to the site & forum.

ENTHUSIASTS flipping guitars for PROFIT are not allowed to post ads on jemsite. This is an annoying & totally UNWELCOME ACTIVITY,

Any approved reseller ad will contain text similar to this:
"Posted as a reseller with permission with jemsite.com"

Please report any RESELLER ADS using the link under the username in the post.
