I hope this is the right forum. Well I got Ink on my guitar finish and I'm trying to get rid of the mark. I tried nail polish thinner but it looks like thats going to wear away the clear coat. Any ideas on what to do? Any help is MUCH appreciated.
How dainty are you with a very very small flathead screwdriver? 'cus i imagine if you are very then slightly chipping away the ink is your best best, or use one of those eraser pens...maybe.
nitro methonol works a treat. im serious here by the way i use it to remove all sorts of stuff , its good at permanant marker and gluey labels.
(i race nitro cars before anyone asks why i have a stash of it at hand)
cheers for the tip though, if I ever become a "racer" ill have some spare to use it. lol
nah really, thanks mate
James
