By the man. Joe Satriani.

Ok.... so I just got the back plate signed. I just couldn't have it on the finish.

I did have the back cover "cleared". I took it to an automotive tint place. They had a 3M clear ahedsive vinyl they use on the front of cars (to protect from stone chips, etc.). I had that, put over the autograph. That is why it kinda looks scratchy or something in the picture. Combination of the camera flash and shiny vinyl.

BTW...If someone else wants to do this. Be carefull. Joe signed my plate with a silver Sharpe marker.

Typically, this type of 3M vinyl is put on wet. I don't think that would be a good idea, in this application.

Beyond that, all I can say is......Rock On!!!

:)

4/17/06 @ Ramshead Live, Baltimore, Maryland.

My wife and I met some guys with platinum tickets. We shared the VIP room with them during the concert.

When they went to meet with Joe, after the show.
One of those guys, who had the platinum tickets, got my guitar plate signed.

How cool is that?

I met up with him later, picked up the plate and gave him copies of all the concert pictures we took.
