Contact Rich at Ibanezrules: http://www.ibanezrules.com/parts.htm

Rich has just about everything, and ships fast.

And don't forget, Ibanez sells (some) parts directly. It'll probably cost more, but it's another option: https://store.ibanez.com/store/ (click on "parts" in the upper right).

Don't forget--this is the old archive section--no new threads.
Try posting down in the correct section for best exposure.

That said--Rich is your best bet!!!
If he doesn't have the parts in hand--he'll get them.

I know this is an old question but just in case, www.colesguitars.com is a good sight for ibanez parts. They are based in the uk but do ship abroad to.
