Exclamation What is best Preamp and compressor for recording vocal?

HI, can anyone plz suggest me the best Preamp and compressor for recording vocal and some live instruments and even for line-in instruments too for my home studio?

My budget is INR. 50,000 to INR. 70,000. it may also be a single channel preamp but it must be a good one... plz recommend me something good friend.....

These may be over budget, but look at the Avalon vt737 channel strip and the Univesral Audio 6176 or even the UA 4-710d which has 4 channels.

Yup the Avalon's sound great though they can get quite expensive...

true that on the Avalon's. Focusrite's also good, especially if on a budget.

comp's...use plugs or UAD...don't compress on the way in...you may regret it come mix time....
