Anyone here speak Japanese?

I'm in the process of writing for an indie comic book. One of my characters speaks Japanese. I've been slowly learning over the last few years but it's a MAD TOUGH language to learn.
Anyone out there willing to help checking if my dialogue is correct? There isn't much. Hit me up in a pm if you're interested.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Anyone here speak Japanese?

I studied a little Japanese for a subject during my second year in college (i'm a junior now). Maybe kotornut or some of the jemsite boys who live in Japan would be able to help you better

EDIT: or you could probably use Google translate to some degree of accuracy, I do this a lot with some other language and it's worked well for me so far.

I wouldn't recommend this unless your intention is hilarity. Because the outcome of this translation will indeed be hilarious for anyone fluent in Japanese.

I did mention "to some degree of accuracy," although despite my limited knowledge I do tend to notice that sometimes the translate function translates phrases out of some sentences' original contexts, hence the hilarious outcomes.

kotornut! Yes, of course! i haven't seen him on here in a while though.
Yeah, google translations can make you sound like Yoda. It seems ok for single words and maybe a few common phrases but that's about it.

I speak some Japanese, but nowhere near fluently. I know Hiragana, Katakana and some Kanji so could possibly help you out? I've got a few Japanese friends if I got stuck.
