Beer of Choice OR your other regular poison.

On the heels of Peyton Manning's affirmation of his love for Budweiser I'm curious...
... what's your beer of choice?
Or your other preferred beverage or other poison.
Let's keep it clean. And don't judge. You like what you like....

My general picks are: Bass Ale, Kirin Ichiban, Tsingtao, Samuel Adams, Yeungling and Newcastle.
My first pick is generally Bass but, as I live in South Florida, it's not common to find when out. And if they have it they usually give it to you in a bottle not a pint glass.

Mods, if this is inappropriate I'm totally understanding if it gets shut down.

I don't really drink beer, but the Bass brewery was founded in the next town over from where I live. It was founded in1777...

Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy =)

I LOVE beer! After all I'm Canadian - hockey and beer right? lol Here is my favorite beer - beautiful smooth Sleeman's Clear...it's like nectar of the gods

I was in for trying it til I read the "citrus aromas" part. I not a fan of fruit in my beer.

I rarely drink beer. If I do it's usually dark and heavy but ALWAYS with a meal.

The citrus aroma is from citrus varieties of hops which is fairly commonly used in many beers. AFAIK, Sleemans does not make any fruit beers. My old boss from my malting days is now the manager of brewing for Sleemans.

OK, I'm still willing to try it then- Never seen it in any stores around here though. (Chicago area)

Less filling... until you find the number to pizza Hutt. #munchies

@Dorian. Well, there's a lot of kids on here and I wasn't sure.

I haven't been much of a beer drinker lately but I've been ending the day here and there with a Captain and Coke. I usually stick to one as we have a newborn but once them girls are old enough to date...

It's a Canadian brand. I know they had a partner out of Boston a few years ago for US distribution, but I'm not sure how if they developed that distribution network any more.

I never even thought of that, although it is legal in 3 states and a DC

Pizza Hut? 582-3440. You don't forget the important numbers.

I don't know about you, but I have my own direct line to the local burrito place!! Who want's pizza when you can get a fat steak and chorizo burrito, steak nachos, and a couple fresh chicken tacos for the same price?

Remeber that I work in a pizza joint on the weekends....I'm over it.

It should be legal everywhere I think. We had 58% of people vote to legalize medical marijuana here but the measure needed 60% to pass. And we also have a lot of small indie breweries here who make great beer. I think the big beer companies lobby a ton to keep cannabis illegal and to stomp down on indie breweries.
Back to big beer though I do dig Molson too. And Labats Blue.

Re: Beer of Choice OR your other regular poison.

In Jersey you get Burrito's from Taco Bell, or you drive 30 miles!

Christie stipulated that the potency of legal medical in NJ had to be of such poor quality it had no street value. Wonder why you never hear anything about NJ and medical MJ? There's 4 dispensaries in the entire state
