In my humble opinion, this seems like good news.

The 2 shot 90% efficacy? They have no idea how long it will last and the results are no where near complete, but it might show promise.

It will be interesting to find out what the final results are along with the results from the other drug companies. Moderna is supposed to share the initial results of their vaccine this week. One week ago there were no vaccines with results to share. When progress is made on the vaccine front, itís good news.

Re: Covid, and you.

So, I caught the coronavirus but have since recovered from the coronavirus. I know how I got the virus and given the situation it was probably inevitable. With that said, social isolation even within the same house as the ill goes a long way. Closed doors are effective barriers and 18 feet is an effective amount of social distancing when interaction is necessary. Is it overkill? Yes, but I held the virus off for 2 weeks until it finally got me. Plus, no one likes treating their family members like leperís, so like I said, it was probably inevitable. Thankfully, no one got seriously ill.

By the time my demographic (low risk, non-essential) has access to a vaccine it will be in pill form, over the counter, next to the Tylenol. I would be interested to hear about anyoneís vaccination experience when it happens and if they are willing to share? I imagine other people might be interested as well. It is kind of a big deal...
