Anyone else deal with this company? I've been waiting 2 and a half weeks for these heroes to wipe the (you name if here) from their chins and get my business account transferred.
I finally talked to someone today and she told me I have to take time off from work because they don't have any technicians available on the weekends. She claimed that business accounts are encoded differently, so the residential techs can't handle it (then why didn't someone come to my apartment to "encode" my effing connection when I went from a residential to a business account?).
So... needless to say I went online and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I hate being lied to.
