Can't wait for that one.

But, running away is my favorite. It's saved my ass a few times.

As a matter of fact, I should be in class tonight, but my hands are too cut up. One hit on the thai shields and they'll split right open.

So I'm gonna do some sparring with Icehouse!

Did you see on National Geographic Fight Science?

That was the coolest thing that i have seen on TV for a long time.

They took all these pro martial artists and basically measuring thier lethality.

****! I'll have to catch the rerun of that. I remember one of the commercials showed one of the guys punching some kind of dummy and it said it had roughly the same force as getting hit by a car going 30mph or something like that. Crazy!
