Finally it's over....

Today at roughly 7.10 pm I got my german doctorate (Ph. D.) in experimental physics. Finally I can get out of this sh*thole here . I even got a job interview in 1 and half weeks so things are starting to look good again. I'm just glad it is over now.

Regards

André

Congrats, thats an awesome field. Do you meddle with any theoretical physics, such as string theory and quantum mechanics?

The title was "Investigation of Slowing Down and Charge-Exchange of Nickel and Uranium Ions in Gases and Solids in the Energy Range (60 - 200) MeV/u". I know the title is too long but that's how they like it here in Germany.

Nope just energy loss of heavy ions and charge-exchange cross sections .

Re: Finally it's over....

Congratulations man, how did you find it? I have to choose what to do in college now, and I was thinking experimental physics or theoretical physics or something similar.
