Good image hosting to link to my website

I'm building a yahoo store, but the account I have is the standard merchant that only allows me to upload one image per product. I have items that have several different images and I would like to add more images for one product to my store using a good image hosting to link them to.

I'm trying photobucket but I notice when I link the images to my website as clickable thumbnails, and then I click on those thumbnails for the larger view, the larger pic view brings me to the photobucket website. The thing I don't like about this is the image is surrounded by photobucket site material, access to view my other albums, and too much unwanted things not related to the image I just want the customer to otherwords, I don't want customers to see all the advertising, and non-related stuff, you know what I mean?? I just need them to see the product image in the larger view without all the distracting crap surrounding it.

Is there an image hosting site where I can link my product images to my website, allow customers to click on thumbnails to see larger views, and then when viewing the large images, there is not a bunch of ads, image hosting material........I just want the plain old large image.

I need a clean image hosting site to display multiple images in my website.

Photo bucket seems too busy and would distract my customers. I don't think upgrading to the pro account would clean up things enough.

Re: Good image hosting to link to my website

yahoo hosting should allow many images & webspace. any basic web hosting service can handle outside links, depending on traffic/bandwidth required

photobucket itself should work just use the 'img src" image tag (not link, just inline image). make the image an image with source on photobucket with no link reference the only problem that could happen is if you use up your photobucket traffic then you'll have a placeholder.

like the first link at this site

Re: Good image hosting to link to my website

I tried Flickr which is the new yahoo image hosting site. I was able to set up multiple thumbs that are clickable to larger view without all the unwanted stuff, it was just a nice bigger picture over a white background which is exactly how I needed it to be.

It has a nice bulk uploader tool that works offline as well which helps greatly cuz I have a lot of pics to link.

Thanks for your suggestion on the yahoo
