Hospital stay! And comment about the mobile site.

Hospital!
Just wanted to share, and troll for some sympathy. :P
I've been in the hospital since Friday night. Having trouble with my heart.
Feeling better now though.
I actually wanted to comment about the mobile site, it kind of blows, in my humble opinion. Using the desktop site on my phone seems easier.

Thanks guys. I'm home now......thank God.
I've never had issues with my heart. Turns out I'm having 'Premature Ventricular Fibrilation', 'PVC' for short.
Long name for 'my heart is skipping beats'.
I should blame Jeff for it.
I have to go for a bunch of tests, including a stress test. Sounds fun.
Thanks again guys, but no comments on the mobile site? I can't stand it.....

Glad you are back home! "Interventional cardiology" and "electrophysiology" have come a long way in the last several years. They can really do a lot for cardiac arrhythmia issues, so hopefully they can get you sorted out and back to rockin'!

I have the same thing going on so I feel your pain. Mine was kicked off by high blood pressure meds. Stopped taking the chemical ones and starting taking an all natural blood pressure pil and the PVC's have gotten less and less. Hope you get better.

Get well soon!

For the mobile site, what I've been doing is; when you tap on the address bar and then pull it down, there's a "line" that reads "Request desktop site" below the "add to favorites". Tapping on that one brings up the desktop site Of any mobile page regardless of the mobile site you're on even if the page does not offer a "full site" or "desktop version".

This applies to Safari in iOS devices.

I don't use mobile sites - with my eyesight I'd need a laptop sized phone to even consider it

I use Android KitKat and Chrome. It's easy enough to request the desktop site in Chrome for Android, it's just that I think the mobile site could be so much better.

Well, without getting too personal and going into detail......it did happen when we were having some 'fun'.
I thought I was having a heart attack. I felt this horrible pressure in my chest and throat. I got light-headed and at one point thought I was going to pass out.
While I was in the hospital I was having several a minute, but it wasn't like it felt with exertion.
I'm out of work all week, and have tests scheduled tomorrow, the next day, etc.
I'm still having them from time to time, but they are brief and I don't feel too bad when they happen.
They told me no 'exertion' until they know what's going on and can decide a treatment. UGH!
You know Jeff's not happy about that! LOL (I'm not either, but fear overrides anything else, you know? )
They think it may be an electrical problem, but they won't know for sure until all the testing is done.
They may even call for a cardiac catheterization if they can't find anything using the non-intrusive tests.
That sounds fun......they shove a catheter up an artery near your groin, go up into your heart and 'look around'.
When they are done, you have to lay perfectly still for hours.
I can't stay still for five minutes!
I'm afraid of the stress test too. They won't have me on a treadmill though, they use a drug that makes your body 'think' you're exerting yourself, but you are actually laying still. They told me they counteract it with caffeine when the test is over. The actually just give you a can of Coke, the caffeine makes the drug inert in your body. Sounds cool, but scary......and I hate pop. LOL
Thanks for the well wishes guys. I'll keep you updated.
