if you won the lotto

what would you do?

here's what I would do

Buy a crapload of Jem's and other guitar's
Buy a crapload of amp's
Buy a crapload of camera's lol
Buy a Plane ticket to london and stay there PERMANENTLY (by myself)
Buy all my friends guitar's and some people I know here on jemsite as well lol (you know who your are!)

after that....who knows, probably more guitar's lol

Re: if you won the lotto

For a start, I'd find out the addresses of the people that were victim to the recent Farepak scandal and refund them every damn penny...

Pay for the best surgeons in the world to fix my damn ear
See that my family are ok financially
Give some cash to charity
Buy myself a trailer so I can sit outside Paul Gilbert's house and peer through his curtains
Buy every PGM and Jem model available
Buy a snooker club
Buy my girlfriend the Mini Cooper she's always wanted (one of those expensive ones, although I have a feeling that might happen anyway one day )

And because I'd be financially set, I'd spend the rest of my time working out, playing my guitars and playing snooker.

Re: if you won the lotto

well MY LOTTO (texas lotto) is usually really huge, it's only at like 23 million right now, but sometimes we have what's called mega millions and it will be like 123 million so it all depends on state I guess

Re: if you won the lotto

You guys would laugh at the size of our lottos , the biggest one here is about 20 mil US, but its still more $ per capiter than the US lottos.

Re: if you won the lotto

First purchase would be a Porsche Carrera GT.
Second, a nicely sized house.
Third, lots of money in the bank.
Fourth, all bills paid off (My parent's, my wife's, my own).
Fifth, a few custom guitars.

Re: if you won the lotto

*Set up my and my wife's families.
*Send my siblings to school. and or hook them up with whatever, either pay off their debts and mortgages. or just write a fat check.
*Buy some new property with a barn for a garage.
*Buy some bitchin' cars. (they' live in the barn and be my "stable" knowing darn well you can't have a stable without having a new Shelby Mustang.
*Build an oval track and /or a little over a 1/4 mile strip.

*I would pick a local charity or cause and fund it directly, or get a list of what the charity needs and buy the stuff directly, and then donate it.

*My Church needs lots of work, It is a Byzantine influenced design and I would love to donate real marble cloumns and whatever else they'd need.

Its usually a full 38% and if you want it all now, take away 50% of the winnings pretax.

so if you won 20 million and wanted it all it would = about 6.2 mil.
