Is this job better than yours?

This One

I probably make more money, but I bet this job has benefits that aren't immediately apparent Maybe you really look forward to lunch time or something, I don't know.

Re: Is this job better than yours?

Looks pretty interesting!

On a very serious note, I think that there is going to be a lot of this type of stuff coming up in the future with the relaxation of marijuana laws. Just like some people get paid to tastes microbrews and wines, I don't see something like this as any different.

It doesn't sound like he's just some burnt out dumbass doing this either. Like they said, he's got his degree in Journalism, and he can spell and punctuate.

Health concerns vs getting paid to get high. Tough one.

Seeing as weed was never my thing, I think I'll stick with my job. Now, if I can get paid to drink Jack Daniels and feel chick's boobs while watching Big Lebowski, I'm in.

30 years a go I'd jump all over that job...wait...I sorta had that job I think, but can't remember - my memory is all foggy and hazy. Sorta Purple Hazy. Pass the brownies please.

That's the thing - the voice over announcer says this job is paying his mortgage. I couldn't do this job, I don't see how anyone really could for very long. Wine testers 'spit it out', I don't think you can do that here

Where do I sign up for this? Seriously, I believe that I can bring a lot to the table here.

Seeing as weed was never my thing and Jack Daniels was never my thing, I'll stay with feeling chick's boobs (purely for scientific purposes) and watching Big Lebowski.

Didn't think drug talk was allowed here.

While the rules in the 'Chat' section are a bit more relaxed than elsewhere within the various forums here, you can still take it as a given that if I or one of the other Mods start the thread it's allowed here.

And this, specifically, is about a legally held job in Colorado; it's not about something illegal where the job is being performed.

I never understood the whole "let's smoke weed" thing. I personally wouldn't want to be stoned all the time.
