And the moral of the story is...

If you are happy with your phone and internet connection NEVER EVER mess with it. I just got reconnected after a month of living in the dark ages having been given the run around off 2 phone companies that were charging me for phone calls (BT and Cordwells, the later of which was on Watchdog in the UK last night for screwing customers over)

And let me tell you, I have never played solitaire so much in my life.

Good to be back online!

I bet you rock at solitaire though dude.

I have a BT line, and I always use Nildram for an ISP. Life is easier that way.

Re: And the moral of the story is...

Yeah, I was offline for about a year because I got disgusted with my "cable internet provider." That's another story.

When DSL became available in my area I jumped on it and I love it. Now I can waste away in front of my computer again. Yippy!

Anyway, glad your back up.
