Unhappy my first paypal claim

Well i just had to open my first paypal claim. I ordered some sanding sealer for my project and still hasn't arrived .

I bought it the 9th and still has not arrived. I have tried to cantact hime every way but driving to his address to ask him. lol

This is bad, he had 100 percent feedback.
I hope he did not die.

I hoped i never had to do this.

I want to finish my fabric finish so bad too.

I've put in dozens of claims. Usually not big deals, sellers getting caught up, or poor record keeping is 95% of it.

In the mean time, you know you can buy sanding sealer at lowes for like 15 bucks right?

Re: my first paypal claim

How far away is he from you? That type of stuff usually has to travel by ground, too. How many days did his listing state that it would usually take to process the order? It's only been two weeks, so I think that unless he lives next door--2 weeks is not unreasonable. I never opened claims unless it went over 30 days and no contact--you've got up to 45 days to file a claim. Get his contact info from eBay and call him. Hang in there. And yes, you can get sanding sealer and grain filler at most hardware and home improvement stores.

Man that blows, luckily I haven't had a single issue in years of using PayPal (or eBay for that matter). Hope it gets resolved man!

That's pretty noble of him...too bad the communication wasn't there from the start...
