My visit to Laos and Thailand

Just thought i'd share some pics from my vacation in Laos. Haven't been there in 9 years, and spent a month there during the summer.

It's a dirt poor country, but it's prosperous, and absolutely lovely. There is simply a magic that is still retained in Laos, something that her neighbors have lost with industrialization. The preservation of culture, the breathtaking scenery, and the utter relaxation is just unlike no where in the world.

that looks like chicken on a kite (picture with the eggs on a stick) .. ive had that in thailand before. delicious.. that plate of meat looks like duck to me
