a question about wood furniture pricing

I'm hoping somebody has an idea here...

While we're buildling our upstairs, we're also renovating the den beneath it.

The people who lived here before had these oak shelves installed. There's a LOT of them and they're real wood, not veneer or Ikea stuff.

I put them up on cragslist, but i don't know how to price them - i've already gotten a call.

We want them gone, so we want to price them a little low, but we also would like to get what they're worth instead of 'giving them away'.

does anybody have any ideas what this type of stuff should go for?
Piece-by-piece.

The big pieces of the shelving are about 6' wide x 3.5' tall x 1' deep

There are pics here in the ad http://longisland.craigslist.org/fur/427526251.html

Any help is appreciated!

Re: a question about wood furniture pricing

not sure of the value but i'd take the first offer whoever comes and picks up the whole set myself. i mean you want these sitting in the garage for 6 months taking offers?

around here disposing them would be costly and these wouldn't do well in a garage sale... glen
