Hey guys !
Well , i really didnt know where to post this so i just came to chat :P ..
I decided to quit smoking due to some pretty annoying breath shortage..
so i innocently thought "Except regaining my breath after a while (AAANNND saving some cash ;P) Would my guitar playing improve ? just , let's say , because i will be better "oxygenated" (is that an actual word ?oO) ...
I mean , muscles need oxygen .. and the "burn" you feel while practicing is actually the muscle pressing out blood of it by swelling , in order to do its thing ... so if the next time that muscle "relaxes" and lets blood in more oxygen should logically come in (than before, as a smoker) ... so maybe
there could be benefit in overall stamina , or feeling more relaxed generally.
Sorry for my messed up phrasing :P
Or maybe , has anyone him/her-self experienced something like that ?
that maybe playing stuff felt easier after quitting ?
or maybe vice versa , started smoking and felt that improvement overall
seemed slower/more difficul ..?
(rereading this i consider quitting pot too lol)
