Recipe - recipy

OK, something for the knowledgeable within language.

The word for "how to" bake a cake is "recipe". There are many using the word "recipy" for the same thing. Is this a valid word or a typo? If it's valid, what's the story?

Thanks!

I've never seen "recipy" used anywhere. As far as I know, it's a typo

Good. It's easy to become uncertain with details like that. Not that recipe is a word I use often...

I've seen you use it at least 3 times in the last 2 posts... not often, indeed.

Re: Recipe - recipy

I posted several other posts in between... And I've written English outside of this forum. I know, it's sick...

You might have to search for the actual word, instead of looking for it. Of course, illiteracy on the net is not rare. Hence my question.
