Saw this girl guitar player on the Grammys (wow!)
I'll admit, as much as I dislike watching the Grammys, I tuned into tonight to see what was going on. Well, when Carrie Underwood's band came on, I noticed that she had a girl guitar player. OK, no big deal. But then she started playing some pretty impressive solos and licks. It was such a shock to hear this type of playing on the Grammys, much less from a blonde chick!

Anyways, I found out her name (Orianthi). And I guess it's no coincidence that she's good friends with Steve Vai. Check out her MySpace and the "duet" with Vai:

yeah shes good and cute to boot.the aussie's have some amazing looking women,shame holly vallance didnt play guitar,now shes real smart looking mmmmiles better than that very annoying kylie minouge gggrrrr cant stand her, reminds me of a horse when she smiles

I'm sorry, I can't get into female guitar players, bass players, or drummers. There is only one reason why I would jam with her..........because she is cute and use your imagination for the rest.

I came across her about 3 years back and was blown away by her!Australian,gorgeous & talented with amazing tone. The perfect wife?? I think so
