selective color?

Messing with selective color with this pic I took

you create a new layer "ctrl j" short cut and make that layer a color layer hit the brush tool (B) and brush what you want black and white the rest is left in color

I think those look great Eddie, really nicely done. the first pick looks a bit like the factory in 'Hostel'.
