SIMS CUSTOM SHOP LNG
Hello, I PM'd Patrick today with an idea I had to help raise some extra cash, to put towards his medical bills. Still need the ok from Glen, but the idea is as follows. Patrick will build and paint a custom LNG replica and it will be auctioned off here, same as we did for the whole win a jem writting contest. Not sure on ticket prices, yet or how many times you could enter, but all proceeds would go to Patrick. There is talk of seeing if Christoper Woods might like to contribute to the project as well. I guess at this stage, we are just curious to see if any one would be interested in this, obviously the more entries the better. Could be a chance. to get a great guitar at a really really low price, and help out a friend at the same time. chef21

Have you PM'd Glen about this already? If not, do that so this thread isn't how he finds out about it 
I'd be up for something like this, sure. Keep in mind that Chris Woods isn't a Jemsite sponsoring vendor, just a guy who does nice work and gets a bit of business from here.

I sent Glen a copy of our PM's, I don't want to make any problems, with Glen. I belive Chris Woods and Patrick are friends. I think Patrick mentioned talking to Chris.

I'd think since Chris has ready made bodies on his site, we could nab one of them and have it painted. Sponsor or not, he has bodies available.
We coudl see if Eddie has any sitting around ready for paint as well, and he works with HERC BTW... so maybe a swirly Jem?

This is a nice idea, I like it anytime we can help one another out. I have been where patrick is and I can tell you first hand it sucks. We are all lucky enough to be here...I say if we can help, we should. I'm in.

If its good with Glen i'd be interested in entering if i can get some spare cash 
Maybe like a raffle, im sure there'd be other sites you could post the contest on to gain more people to enter.
