My last position was Development Coach - trained 14 new starters to become #1 in the department in customer satisfaction. I acheived this the 2nd month they went live (1st month they came 2nd!).
Before that I was a senior technical support co-ordinator / IT Manager - was only me in IT there and I looked after 16 depots, 80 remote users and 130 users in total.
