I've always thought that too.

Should've been the JEM666.

JEM666...I can imagine it now. Black finish, sharper horns, dark red pickups, switches, and knobs, ebony fretboard, dark red thorny vine inlay, pointier headstock. Hell, I'd buy that.

Re: the vai circle is complete?

A few years ago there was a sudden virtual Jem craze that took the forum by storm. Two guys, The|Loop and PeKKaM drove us all crazy with their 3D renderings of unmatched Jem bliss. Somewhere along the way someone actually did a mock-up of a Jem666 that was absolutely gorgeous. If I remember it correctly it was a red body with flames, black PUPs, black hardware, ebony fretboard with a snaking red pointed tail inlay, red headstock and 666 below the trem. It's been a few years now and the memory is a bit fuzzy so my remembered details may be off, but it was awe inspiring. Sadly, after about an hour of searching I have yet to find a surviving picture of it as most of the links in the main thread and the spin-off threads are dead now.

Maybe someone will see this thread and repost it.
