Warning-Notice-Hot*Hot*Hot

While awaiting surgery, I'm back on pain meds. Any post from me, from here on out should be taken with a biiiiig grain of salt. I get really loopy and weird on these things, as Mobius will recall. Once the surgery is done, and I've regained mobility and as much composure as I can muster--I'll be back to my old smart-ass, "uuse the search feature" self. Until then, please feel free to join the fun!

So we shouldnt notice much difference either way. And best of luck on your surgery hope it all turns out well for you. Percocet and Vicodin can do weird things to people??? You know they tend to bind you up so try a stool softener that way you wont be full of Shi_. Just kiddin with you best of luck. What's the search feature?? LOL

On a side not, I'm going to ask the surgeon to laser-etch the Ibanez logo on the titanium disc before he inserts it into my spine. The only thing I'm worried about is Rich trying to get them to remove it for trademark infringement.....Bwaaaaaaaah haaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaaa!

I don't think discs are protected material. I'll check into it.

GOOD LUCK!

GOOD LUCK!
If it has a monkey grip and vine inlays AND the logo, I may be in trouble! My daughter thought it would be cool to have the Green Lantern symbol on it, so when I get "scanned" at the airport--it will light up. You've got to love the stuff kids come up with...

Thanks fellas! The surgery isn't until November 1, but I'll see if they let me have my Backflip during my few days in the hospital so I can check in with everyone. I'll have to post pics of the nice ncision in my abdomen--yes, they're going in through the front...

hope all goes well for you and you're back on you feet in a while.

On a side note when I tell some one to search before they post I always let my little friend here do it.

Surgery was postponed until Monday November 15--no, the doc won't etch the Ibanez logo on the replacement disc.

Re: Warning-Notice-Hot*Hot*Hot

Why don't you just have them install one of the new titanium truss rods???? Afterward, if you feel some pain, just give the nuts (pun intended!!) a little twist.........bingo!!!! your good to go!!

But seriously......... The very best of luck man......... Here's to a speedy recovery!!

You'll need to do some minor woodwork if it's an older model with LoTRS II:
http://projectguitar.com/tut/trs2lopro.htm
If it's an Edge III, you'll need to follow the same tutorial.
